1. Service
KRYSTLE may provide lead workflow tools, CRM orchestration, content and video workflows, listing marketing, property-site workflows, client communications, reporting and related automation. Features may depend on third-party services and connected accounts.
2. Real-estate responsibility
KRYSTLE is software, not a real-estate broker, attorney, lender, tax adviser or financial adviser. Licensed, legal, brokerage, disclosure, pricing, contract and transaction decisions remain the responsibility of the user and the user's broker or other qualified professional.
3. Communications and compliance
You may use KRYSTLE only with lawful data sources and required permissions. You are responsible for consent required for marketing email, SMS or voice communications and for complying with Fair Housing, CAN-SPAM, TCPA and other applicable rules. KRYSTLE must not be used to bypass access controls, scrape prohibited sources or discriminate against protected classes.
4. AI-generated output
AI-generated content can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing material facts, property information, financial information, legal language and public marketing before relying on them where human review is required.
5. Accounts and integrations
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for permissions granted to connected CRMs, social accounts, video providers and other services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.
6. Billing
Paid plans renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Pricing, setup charges, trial terms and any promotional rate lock are shown before purchase. Paid checkout is not active until KRYSTLE's billing launch is opened.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use KRYSTLE for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, unauthorized data collection, spam, malicious code, security attacks or activity that violates third-party rights or platform terms.
8. Availability
We work to keep KRYSTLE available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Third-party outages, provider limits, maintenance and events outside our control can affect features.
9. Intellectual property
KRYSTLE and its software, branding and system design remain the property of the service operator or its licensors. You retain rights to content and data you lawfully provide, subject to permissions needed to operate the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. Access may be suspended for nonpayment, security risk, abuse or material violation of these Terms.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. KRYSTLE is not responsible for losses caused by user decisions, inaccurate source data, third-party services or unauthorized use outside the service's intended operation.
12. Changes
These Terms may be updated as the product, contracting entity or law changes. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date or notice in the service.
Pre-launch note
KRYSTLE's paid billing is currently being prepared. The final contracting entity and billing details will be identified at checkout before any live charge is accepted.
